1.2 If you contact us via email or contact form, the data you have provided to us (your email address, possibly your name and your telephone number) will be stored by us to enable us to respond to your questions. The legal basis for this is Art. 6(1)(1)(a) GDPR. 2.2 The legal basis for the collection and storage of data is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
2.3 The collection of this data is necessary for us to be able to display our website to you and to ensure stability and security. Its storage in log files enables the website’s functional capabilities. It also helps us to optimise our website and to ensure the security of our IT systems. We too have a justified interest in processing data according to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
2.4 The data will be deleted once it is no longer needed to achieve the purpose of its collection. In the case of data collection for displaying the website, this occurs when the respective session is completed. If the data is stores in log files, deletion will occur within seven days. Continued storage may be possible, in which case the IP addresses are deleted or masked so that association with a website user is not possible.

4. Use of Google Analytics
4.1 This website uses Google Analytics, an online website analysis service of Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies, text files stored on your computer to make it possible to analyse how you use the website. Google Universal Analytics uses _gat cookies. This cookie is used to throttle data request rates. This limits data collection from websites with a high amount of traffic. It expires after 10 minutes. _ga cookies are used to distinguish visitors by assigning a randomly generated number as a client-ID.
They are contained in every page request of a website, and are used to calculate user, session and harvesting data for analytics reports for websites. They generally expire after 2 years. Google Universal Analytics also uses _gid cookies. These store a unique value for every page visited, and updates this information. 5. Integration of YouTube videos
5.1 We have YouTube videos integrated on our website. These are stored at http://www.YouTube.com and can be played directly from our website. The videos are all integrated in the “expanded data protection mode”, which means that none of your data is transmitted to YouTube if you do not play the videos. The data specified below in 8.2 is transmitted only when you activate a video by clicking the play button. We have no control over this data transmission.
5.2 When you visit our website, YouTube receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding sub-page. The data discussed in 3(a) of this Privacy Policy will also be transmitted. This is done regardless of whether you have a YouTube user account and regardless of whether you are logged in. If you are logged in to Google, your data will be associated directly with your account.
If you prefer that your activity is not associated with your YouTube profile, you must log out before activating the button. YouTube stores your data as user profiles and uses them for the purposes of advertising, market research and/or the design of its website. 7. Data protection for applications and application procedures
7.1 When an application is submitted, the personal data you provide is collected and processed by us for the purpose of processing the applications. We process our customers’ data as part of our contractual services, including the provision of our LeadingReports services (LeadingReports GmbH, Unter den Linden 26, 35410 Hungen, leadingreports.de) for the analysis of business website visitors. The legal basis for processing results from Art. 6 (1) b. GDPR (contractual services) and Art. 6 (1) f. GDPR (business interests), insofar as we use Leading Reports analyses ourselves. LeadingReports analyses are carried out using cookies or local & session storage. By analyzing the data collected and transmitted, we can track the usage behavior of visitors to NORDHS-KOTI Borstfabrik AB -websites.
